Child Welfare Services · Rural Community-Based Care Pilot Program
The Legislature has enacted two different sections numbered 264.192. This is version 1, in Subchapter B-2.
Subchapter C, Chapter 261, of this code and Chapter 552, Government Code, apply to the records of a lead entity or its subcontractors that relate to the provision of community-based care under the pilot program in the same manner as the records of the department.
